Inallow Admin
The app where the General Administrator adds employees, decides who is an administrator and handles removals.
Inallow Admin is your company's user management app. From it the General Administrator creates employees, edits their full record (time tracking and Visits), changes their rank and suspends or deletes them. It is the view that will replace employee management in the admin panel.
How to sign in
Only users with the General administrator rank can sign in. There are two ways:
- From the admin panel or the Visits panel, click the apps button on the top bar (the one with nine dots) and, under MANAGEMENT, click Admin. It opens with your session already started.
- Go straight to admin.inallow.io with your email and password.
Once inside you will see two options: Users and Permissions.
Users
The Employee list shows all the active people in your company with their name, email and rank. With View Suspended you switch to the list of Suspended employees, which includes the Date suspended, and with View actives you go back.
From here you can:
| Action | Where | More information |
|---|---|---|
| Create an employee | Create button (plus sign) | Create an employee |
| Add many employees at once | Create from CSV | Adding employees with a CSV file |
| View or edit the record | Click the employee's row | Record fields |
| Set a new password | Change password, on the record | How the employee signs in |
| Suspend, recover or delete | Buttons on the record and on the list of suspended employees | Remove an employee |
Each employee's record has three tabs:
- General: first name, surnames, code, phone, email, language, time zone and photo.
- Clocks: centre, collective agreement, timetables, tablet PIN, distance incidents, IP filtering, the platforms they can clock in from and the email alerts for pending requests.
- Visits: whether they can receive visitors and whether they can create visitors, only if your company uses Visits.
Click Save after any change.
Permissions
Permissions opens Management permissions, one row per user with three checkboxes: Clocks, Visits and Admin. The boxes you tick decide their rank (for example, ticking only Clocks makes them a Clocks Administrator). Your own user does not appear: another General Administrator has to change your permissions.
You will find the step-by-step and the table of equivalences in Change a user's rank.
