Install the app

Download the clock-in app on your phone:

Get it on Google Play Download on the App Store

Prefer the computer? Use the web version: webapp.clocks.inallow.io.

Open the app, enter your Email and your Password and tap LOGIN.

Then change your initial password in Profile › Change password. If you do not remember your password, see Accessing Inallow.

Clock in

In the menu, tap Clock-in and then Start. If asked, choose the project. You will see Registered Clock-in! and a counter with the time worked.

If you are working from home, turn on Work-from-home before you tap Start.

Take breaks and clock out

  • To go out on leave (doctor, errands), tap Permissions and choose the reason.
  • When you finish your working day, tap Stop.

All the details are in Clock in and out.

Request vacation days

In the menu, tap New request › Absence. Choose the Type of absence, the day or days, and tap Request.

Your request stays Pending until it is approved. See Request vacation days.

Check your hours

  • Summary: what you have worked today, this week, this month and this year.
  • My Clock-in´s: your clock-ins and clock-outs day by day.
  • Calendar: your absences, public holidays and overtime.

Good to know

  • If you forget to clock in, the app does not let you correct it. Tell your company's Inallow administrator so that they can correct it from the admin panel.
  • If you have no connection, the app saves the clock-in on your phone. When you have a connection again, open My Clock-in´s to send it. See My clock-ins.
  • The app may ask for your location when you clock in. If you do not give it, the clock-in is recorded anyway. See Clock in.
  • You will get notifications on your phone when an administrator accepts or rejects your absences or your overtime requests (not when your supervisor responds, nor for compensatory time) and when there is a new announcement. See Notifications.
