Clock in on the tablet
For employees. How to clock in, take breaks, go on leave and clock out on the shared tablet with your PIN.
If there is a clock-in tablet at your centre, you can clock in on it with your 4-digit PIN, without using your phone. If you do not know your PIN, ask the Inallow administrator at your company.
Wake the tablet
If you see the time and date in large numbers, tap Press to continue.
Find your name
The tablet shows the employees sorted by surname, with their photo or initials. To find yourself faster, tap the initial of your first surname at the top: you will only see the people whose surname starts with that letter. Letters with nobody under them appear dimmed.
To see everyone again, tap View all or the same letter again.
Enter your PIN
Tap your photo. In Enter your PIN, type your 4 digits.
- If you make a typing mistake, tap Delete to remove the last digit.
- To leave without clocking in, tap Cancel (it appears when you have not typed anything).
- If the PIN is wrong, the dots turn red and are cleared so you can try again.
Clock in
Your screen opens with the current time at the top and the clock-in buttons. Tap the one you need:

| Pause | Start a break. Choose the reason in Select reason. |
| Continue | Come back from the break. Choose the project. |
| Permission | Go out on leave. Choose the reason. |
| Stop | Clock out. |
If there is only one possible project or reason, it is chosen for you. If you close the list without choosing, nothing is recorded.
To go back to the list without clocking in, tap the back arrow at the top.
Check the confirmation
You will see Clock-in... and then Registered Clock-in! After two seconds, the tablet goes back to the list of employees for the next person.
If you see Clock-in error, read the message that appears and see Common tablet problems.
Your status on the tablet
Before you clock in, your screen shows your current status:
- ¡¡Start!!: you are not clocked in. You can only tap Start.
- Project and counter: you are working. You can tap Pause, Permission or Stop.
- Break reason and counter: you are on a break. You can only tap Continue.
- Leave reason and counter: you are on leave. You can only tap Stop.
In the list of employees, the frame around your photo also shows your status: green if you are working, yellow on a break, blue on leave and grey if you are not clocked in.
Tablet and phone at the same time
The tablet and the phone app share your working day. You can start on the tablet and stop on your phone, or the other way round. If you clock in on both at almost the same time, one of them will show An overlapping clock-in has been detected, please try again and reload your status.
