Privacy policy
Upload the privacy policy shown on the reception tablet and manage its versions.
Here you keep the privacy policy offered to people who check in on the Inallow Visits app: the tablet always downloads and shows the current version.
To open it, click Settings in the Visits panel's side menu and then Privacy policy.
What the screen shows
- Current version: a card with Version, Document (click Download to open it) and the creation Date. If you have not uploaded one yet, you will see "No active privacy policy found".
- Privacy policy history: all the versions created, with their Version, their Date and a Download link under Document.
There is only one current policy: the last one you created.
Upload a policy or a new version
Open the wizard
Click the + button ("New privacy policy") next to the title. If there is already a current one, you will see the warning "Warning, the current privacy policy will be replaced with the new one!".
Name the version
Type the name in Type the privacy policy version name (for example, "October 2026") and click Next.
Upload the document
In Add document, drag the file onto the area "Drag the document you want to upload here". Only one PDF file is accepted. When it finishes uploading, a button with the version name appears so you can check it; if you picked the wrong file, remove it with Delete (bin) and upload another.
Create the policy
Click Create. You will see the message "Privacy policy created" and the new version becomes the current one.
