Area codes
Choose the country codes visitors can use when registering on the reception tablet.
When a new visitor registers in the Inallow Visits app, they have to enter their phone number with their country code. In Area codes you choose which codes the tablet offers, so that the list is short and they do not pick the wrong one.
To open it, click Settings in the side menu of the Visits panel and then Area codes.
This list only affects the tablet. In the Visits panel and in the invitations app any country can be chosen.
Adding codes
- Click the "Type here to select an area code" selector and type the country name or the code.
- Click the country you want. You will see the message "Prefix added: The prefix '…' will be displayed in the app from now on".
- The selector stays open, so you can add several codes in a row.
If the code was already on the list, you will see "Duplicate prefix".
The list of selected codes
Selected prefixes shows the codes the tablet offers, with their Country and their Prefix. On the tablet they are sorted by country name in the app's language.
To remove a code, click Delete (bin) on its row. You will see the message "Prefix removed". Visitors already registered with that code do not change.
