Collective agreements
Set the vacation days of each collective agreement and which breaks count as time worked.
In Inallow, an agreement holds the conditions that apply to a group of employees: how many vacation days they get a year and which breaks count as working time. Each employee can have one agreement assigned.
You will find this screen in Settings › Agreements. Its title is Agreements.

Vacations
The agreement's Vacations days are the basis of each employee's vacation balance. In Calendar, when you choose an employee and a year, you will see:
- Total days: the agreement's days plus that employee's adjustment for that year, if there is one. The adjustment is made from the calendar itself, with Adjust workers holidays.
- Used days: the approved absence days of that year whose type has Vacations set to Yes. See Absence types.
- Available days: the difference between the total and the used days.
If the employee has no agreement, the total and available days appear as "??".
The employee sees the same summary in their app. In the app, the used days also include requests still waiting for approval.
Breaks as hours worked
Some agreements treat certain breaks as working time, for example the snack break. If you add that break reason to the agreement, the time the employees on that agreement spend on that break:
- Counts as worked in the Presence chart.
- Is added to the time worked in the Official, Daily, General, Excess hours, Punctuality, Work from home and Official and excess hours reports. See Dossiers.
Reasons are created in Reasons.
Assigning an agreement to employees
The agreement is assigned in each employee's record, in the Collective agreement field of Employees. Each employee can only have one. If you add employees with a CSV file, you can set it in the agreement column.
Deleting an agreement
When you delete an agreement, the employees who had it are left without one. Their vacation balance then shows as "??" and their breaks no longer count as time worked. Delete does not ask for confirmation.
